Homebound Ministry

Our Homebound Ministry is the way to connect parishioners who are unable to participate in Mass or parish life with their parish community. Deacon Bruce and volunteer Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion make home and nursing home visits. This is our way to continue to care for our faithful parishioners even when they cannot join us.
